Panzer Grenadier: South Africa's War
The Union of South Africa entered World War II with some reluctance — three days of debate raged before Great War hero Jan C. Smuts split the ruling Union Party to force a declaration of war. South African forces fought in the conquest of Italian East Africa, and in the campaigns in Egypt and Libya.
South Africa's War is a supplement to the Panzer Grenadier series, focusing on the actions of these units during 1941. This module is not playable by itself, but requires ownership of Panzer Grenadier: Desert Rats to play all of the scenarios, and Panzer Grenadier Afrika Korps, Panzer Grenadier: Eastern Front and Panzer Grenadier: Road to Berlin to play some of them.
Contents include: Comb-bound, 22-page scenario booklet printed on cardstock. Includes special rules for South African troops and 20 new scenarios for the Panzer Grenadier game system. Also included is a sheet of 88 die-cut counters representing the infantry, weapons, vehicles and leaders of South Africa that were engaged in the fighting in North Africa.
