Demyansk Pocket
Demyansk Pocket, is a game depicting the Soviet offensives in late 1941/early 1942 attempting to pinch off and destroy the German units occupying the Demyansk Pocket south of Leningrad. 126,000 Germans spent 47 days surrounded by the Russian Army and General Winter. The Germans began their attack to relieve the pocket four hours before the Soviets planned to start their attack to crush it.
