Each land unit represents one regiment of 500-1000 combatants plus artillery
Each naval unit represents a squadron of 4-12 ships :
The map covers eastern North America including Canada, Florida and the West Indies

This game uses a point-to-point movement system and is not a remake of the early-'70s SPI game of the same name.
