THE FALL OF TOBRUK is a simulation of Rommel's May-June 1942 attack on the Allies' Gazala-Bir Hacheim line.

Units range from battalion to regiment and are rated for Anti-tank, Combat and Movement, with artillery units having ratings for Artillery strength and Range.
